For he has seen him there.

Patrick says he’s pierced on a cross

Ishan says he carries a flute and is dark and small,

Ali says he hears God’s voice in the Mosque

Though he’s never seen him at all.

Now we are really confused

Where does he live, how does he look?

We have tried to search on Google

And we’ve looked up every book.

So what should we say at the time of prayers

We’ve decided to fold our hands and say,

“We none of us know you at all

But love us and protect us anyway.”
